Is the consultation free?

There is a consultation fee for all of our services. However, if you receive your injections at the time of your consultation, the consultation will be free and you will only pay the cost of the injectables.

Is a medical referral required to access varicose vein treatment by sclerotherapy?

No, a medical referral is not required since this is a cosmetic treatment. You can book an appointment directly for an evaluation.

What is the difference between medical and cosmetic dermatology?

Medical dermatology focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer screening, etc.). Cosmetic dermatology refers to treatments that improve the appearance of the skin (removal of benign lesions such as seborrheic keratosis, dermatofibroma, benign mole, xanthelasma, milia, sebaceous hyperplasia, angioma).

What is the difference between Botox® and Juvederm® dermal fillers?

Botox® works by relaxing the muscles to reduce the appearance of expression lines (forehead, crow’s feet, etc.). Juvederm® dermal fillers add volume and restore facial contours (cheekbones, lips, nasolabial folds, etc.).

Are there any contraindications to injections?

Yes. Injections are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for individuals with certain neuromuscular or inflammatory conditions, or allergies to the injected products. During the consultation, the physician will review your medical history to ensure your safety.

Where is the clinic located, and is parking available?

The clinic is located at 5345 de l’Assomption Boulevard in Montréal, in the Polyclinique de Rosemont–Maisonneuve building. You receive two hours of free parking by registering your license plate at the designated terminal in the parking lot.
